Manifold requirement for VNT on an AAZ?
« on: December 17, 2008, 02:39:05 pm »
I have had a search and found some interesting threads including the excellent one 'project potential' by fspGTD which unfortunately is missing the images???

I would like to know if the standard VNT manifold will bolt straight up to the AAZ block?

If not, what's involved?

Thanks.

It will bolt up. It puts the turbo lower however, so that may or may not be a problem.

On my Rover. Unfortunately the outlet interfered with the starter in my application, so I found an exhaust housing that was separate from the manifold, and just adapted it to my AAZ manifold.
