Bought from ebay seller 'prothe', turned out to be not needed, never installed. his price was $250+$150 core charge.
I would like $300. If shipping cost is <$20 to you, i'll include it for free.
Paypal is fine.
Please direct questions/requests to furyriderx AT hotmail.com, since i dont check this forum all that often. Thank you!

ah that sucks. wish i'd known that before i bought it.
is there any way of testing it short of installing it? my rabbit is running perfectly now, and i'd hate to mess something up trying to test the pump. plus the time involved.

is the inlet even plugged? i can see dirt and other crap getting in there... which would render the pump a core...

return it and take the loss on the core.
i'm trying, he doesnt respond to emails very quickly. thought i'd throw it up for sale just in case, but that seems like a dead end too haha.
i'd gladly take the hit on the core, i just want some of my money back.

hehe! i'm just used to seeing the normal red plug or whatever.. or even a white cap. pump doesn't look in half bad shape... if it runs good its worth the price IMO.
Furyriderx, if i were you i would install that pump and confirm it works. if it works, and works good, then you can get more $$$. if you don't have a set of timing tools, you might as well get some anyways, unless you have a friend with them.

i do have the timing tools, its just that i had the car completely apart to hone, rings, etc etc - i dont want to do things again.
but your right. car's immobile right now anyway, i think the master cylinder is dead/dying (have to push the pedal to the floor for anything to happen, and bleeding seems to make it worse), so maybe this is my chance

When this pump is rotated, does it go: ..."chink...chink....chink.....?"

no, no chink. just gets hard then easy, hard then easy, makes almost a creaking noise. like air is getting compressed then released. dont really know how else to describe it.
