Skirt sprayer removal.

Getting my block ready to get bored and removed the bolts holding down the skirt sprayers and was woundering how to remove them.  I got them to spin a little by using vise-grips but do not want to mess them up.  

Are they press fit in or do they have an o-ring that is holding them in?  Can I just twist and pull them out?

You should be able to pull them straight out... They're tight in there, but not pressed in or anything.
