• I found when bleeding my new IP that the fastest way to get the car started was to hook up a hand vacuum pump to the #4 injector return line (the one that is plugged) and pump until diesel is visible in the catch can.  Car turned over almost instantly.

• Im guessing this is if you dont have a primer pump in the line somewhere.
