I found when bleeding my new IP that the fastest way to get the car started was to hook up a hand vacuum pump to the #4 injector return line (the one that is plugged) and pump until diesel is visible in the catch can.  Car turned over almost instantly.

Im guessing this is if you dont have a primer pump in the line somewhere.
