WTB: TDI heater booster / cooling flange

I don't know the technical name for this but I'll try to describe what I am looking for:

WANTED TO BUY: TDI glow plug / cooling system flange that bolts to the end of the cylinder head.  This is the metal one with 3 glow plugs.

If you have one and want to sell it, please send me a picture so I know it's the right one.  Thanks so much.
