Just got my wiring harness for my glow plug relay....?

There are alot of wires on that harness. One of them was labeled for the head temp sensor. but I have no idea what the rest do. It came from a rabbit. So its supposed to be kind of stand alone. Anyone have any idea what each wire does or does it really matter much?

I got it from the classifieds on here. I could take A pic I guess. Thanks for that pinout its exactly what I needed. Paid $20 for it shipped I know there is another user with two or three of them Just post a wanted ad.

well it's no biggie...I thought maybe you bought a harness from a shop or online source...something with a part number?


I have ordered a glow plug relay base/plug harness from smith detroit power for $16.88...it's supposed to have the same plug as the VW's glowplug relay...and it also has wire leads already hooked up to it...makes for easy quick wiring on diesel conversions...
I will post a pic and part number when I get it next week and if it is the right harness.....

Cool. Didnt know there was such a thing let me know how it goes for you. This one has all the leads to now with that pin out it should make wiring a snap.

I wired mine with a vw relay spades...I hacked from a car at pick n pull...I had to use a fat piece of heat shrink to make it solid...but I'm not happy with it...I just barely found this pigtail/harness.....I will post up when it gets here on Tuesday. 8)
I wired mine from the same pin out....it IS super easy.......
