Anything i should know before i change my fuel filter?
« on: June 24, 2005, 09:56:28 am »
been at least 25,000k, not sure when it was done before that, hasn't been done since i got the car.

Any tips? i have a bentley, and plan to replace that return/pre-heat valve, someone mentioned i should replace it, as it's cheap to do at the same time.

if you fill the new filter with clean diesel before you install it it saves a lot of dry cranking of your injection pump.
88 Jetta TD....sold for $1000, bought an 06 Cobalt, clearing out the diesel jetta stuff now
