K24 install in AAZ help

Hi.. I got a K24 turbo and manifold from a 1.6TD... techs are having a hard time with the install... Oil return line is different as well as the exhaust flange... how do you guys get around this?  Do I need these parts to complete the install?

Sounds like you have a K03 turbo on there then.

You need the exhaust manifold from a 1.6 or a 1.9 that doesn't use a K03. Any will do.You need a mk3 downpipe from a K14 or a T2. You will need to change your intake boot, I don't know what one fits. You will also need to change the elbow from the turbo to the intake. As for the oil line, cut and splice a 1.6TD return line into the bottom half of the 1.9 line. It's low (zero) pressure so rubber hose rated for high temps and hose clamps will suffice.
