That is a true TD 1.9 pump. As Andrew said, you have a "joke" pin in that there is only a very small difference between on and off boost fueling. It is not a eco diesel though

Take the top number, it will start with 0 460 xyx xxx The y is the plunger size. 8 = 8mm, 9 = 9mm 0 = 10 mm etc. Yours should be a 9

That pump should have T30s, not flat screws holding the top cover on
