Spec is 2 bar at 2000 rpm with the oil at 80*c.
Sounds like you may have a problem.
Check big ends, mains and intermediate shaft bearings.
Or when was the oil changed last?
Bit of a bodge but try 20w50.

the oil was changed 700mi ago with mobil 15w-40
