what i have been noticing as well well motor is cold like when i first start it up in the morning it idles normal, 900RPM as soon as engine warms up alittle and i get about a mile down the road and come up to a stop it idles at like 1100-1200 and idle hangs
when you first start it up and give it a shot of gas engine revs then drops to wher it should
injectors are being rebult regardless but does this still sound like an injector problem??

nope... sounds like a pump problem to me. either the idle, or the residual fuel, or even the accelerator linkage... or a combination of either.
unless you have one of those fancy pumps that have automatic idle speed boost

whats a fancy pump look like i did post pics you can check them out i think there on the topic aquring new injectors or something like that..
the pump was rebuilt like 8 months ago i wouldnt think it could be that....but ya never know i just wish i could find this problem, i get like 900-950 a tank so my econemy is pretty good,
huh.....its drving me nuts
the only thing i didnt hook back up was that vacum line that when on the wastgate of my oil K03 turbo as K24 doesnt have that thing to hook up the line to, and to tell ya truth since i pluged it a could days ago my brakes have been acting funny, its like i don have power brakes anymore i really got to push hard to stop and it only happend after i pluged that hole off with duct tape, and that vaccum line went to a sensor then to my old turbo wastgate, what the hell would that have to do with brakes, it does go to a bigger line that goes into a round thing on my firewall that around my master cylinder..... WTF!!!!!

ok was just listening to it without even moving started it up 1100 with cold start out, after 5 secs i put it back in RPM droped to 900 sat ther for a couple mins not touching anything all the sudden RPM just to 1100 motor still not to full temp but somehting kicked it up,
should i be going back to whoever rebuilt this pump or what should i do im kinda lost now! so frustrated!!!

Is your full load screw tightly locked in?If not the vibration can mess with your idle.

I highly doubt it is a screw or lose bolt on the pump. It wouldn't repeat the same symtoms every day, it would just get faster and faster until it exploded, or slower and slower until it doesn't start.
How many air bubbles do you have coming into the fuel pump?

Could be the throttle shaft is binding in the bushing and just not returning..
Or not.
I've noticed my car is a tad strange at time when it comes to idle, new pump as well FYI. I have my idle set @ 1100 now and it stays there.
At first I had it set @ 900 and there was times it would wonder on up to 1000-1100 but it would come back. Later I found the throttle shaft wasn't returning all the way so I took the throttle lever off and sprayed some PB Blaster in there and that solved the problem for me.

about the brakes, put a proper vacuum cap on the place where you plugged with ductape. The big round thing behind your mastercylinder is the vacuum brake booster, in need the vacuum to work.
I second thlook at all the throttle linkage and even your throttle cable and pedal pivot. It could be binding and relax enough after sitting to go back to 900 RPM idle until you move it again. WD40 wont attack plastic and rubber parts as agressively as PB Blaster.
::edit:: oops missed the jump in idle part just sitting there not touching it.

mine was doing the same...
well, is still doing the same.
i set my idle on warm at 950/1000rpm but when cold start it just satys too low.
and also does this strange thing, when started it will idle at say 800rpm but as soon as i hit the gas for a small rpm rise when the idle drop it will be lower...(i do that blip on throtle to shut off the battery light.

GOT IT!!!!!
well i had the pump rebuilt i told you well i went back because he said if i wanted more fuel to go back well i went back! as i put a bigger turbo on and when he did it it had my K03 on it but anyway when he did it he told me to shut my car off he loosen the nut and it looked like he turned the screw in like 5 good twist!! maybe a full turn or alittle more then he lowered the idle all with it being off then he told me to start it and well it idle high like 1200. so he went as low as the idle would go with then brought me to around 1000, but he definatly turned up the fuel alot like i noticed it in the power and in the big black cloud behind me!!! but to make a long story short i went out and turned the fuel down like 1/4 turn and i did it went i heard my RPM jump so when it jumped i turned it to 900 then tightned it and drove to work but when i would rev it or come up to a stop my rpm hung, 3000->1400 drops fast then 1400-->1000 would slowly drop. now it droped right to 900 no hangin idle fuel still turned up a good amount as idle wont go any lower and it idles at 900 (so quite now!!)
anywyas, also that switch that you said was hanging that goes on top of the pump well when i push the swintch in it activated that vaccum thing i was talking about so when at idle switch is in and vaccum is sucking from the turbo wastegate and when you accel and switch open it closes the suction to the turbo wastagte, and just sucks engine bay air so it wont be getting that warmer air as the wasgate line isnt hooke up!
bottom line i was getting way to much fuel.
thanks all
