It's probably just the flexible rubber lines leaking. They get old and leak, then the fuel runs down the injector and it looks like it is leaking elsewhere. If you have compressed air blow them dry and start it up and try and locate the leak.

X2 on what burn said, I definately think that is what is going on. I ususally use chainsaw fuel line to redo my return lines as I have found it lasts a lot longer than the rubber and cloth type.I would also recommend not ever tightening the injector over the spec of approx. 52 ft/lbs. The first head I ruined was because I didn't read enough and over tightened the #1 injector until it broke the casting. If I just would have taken it out and got another heat sheild and tried again it probably would have been fine. But like Burn said I don't think this is your problem anyway.
