I'm needing a two or move grove V belt pulley for the engine.  I also need the blow off valve and clamp for a 1.6 intake.

I have a BOV but reused the clamp.

No freaking idea what it's worth though.

I've got the pulley sorted out now.  I just had a machine shop modify the samurai's stock pulley to fit the VW crank.  What purpose is the BOV?  Can I just plug the hole instead?

It is an over boost protecter in the event that the wastegate fails shut

Ahh, well, Guess I'll be plugging the hole then.  The samurai will have a full host of gauges.
