I have a VNT-15 turbo from my 2002 Jetta TDI, ALH code. It has 82,000km on it, has been fed AMSOIL synthetic for almost all of its life, and is in excellent condition.
The factory sustained PSI is approximately 12. It can tolerate 18 PSI sustained with a chip if you want more power out of it.
I recently upgraded to a larger VNT-17 turbo from the TDI PD150 so I have no plans to use the VNT-15.
The VNT-15 would be ideal to keep as a spare, or if you're looking for even more performance you can make a VNT-15/17 or 20 hybrid. I believe the VNT-15 can also be bolted up to gasser motors such as the ABA and made to work with some tweaking to control the vane actuator.
$400 Canadian OBO with the exhaust manifold included. Feel free to drop me a PM if you're interested; I'm also over on newbielink:http://www.vwdov.ca
