i want to flow as much air as possible, 35psi, no/little lag, must be super reliable and wait for it.... cheap
whats best value for money?
i think VNT is out of the question for reliability and drivability, looking at ball bearing turbos such as garrett T28, anyone tried these? anyone know of a good turbo? my T3 its pure toss

why do you say that? the only damaged vnts I've seen were the one that were being run way past they're specs, or oil starvation/coke from shutting down immediately after a hard run.
from those demands, you are probably interested in a compound setup, two "cheap" turbos instead of an ultra special one.
yea i'd personally go with a nice big VNT. as mentioned in previous posts, the main reason the VNT's are dying is because they are directly matched to the engines output, and not over-engineered. just get a nice big one and off you go.
if you have the money to spend on a ball bearing turbo, go that route. it will spool as fast if not faster than the VNT's. $$$$$ though!
