Yes, it finally happens. Old Rattle & Haul is for sale. I needs a Mk 1 Jetta Coupe for the family.
1981 Caddy pickup in great shape. Only the finest. New 2 liter turbodiesel with aaaallll the goodies (Torque to die for and 50-55 mpg). New VW steelies and Michelin tires. New ACT clutch assembly.
This truck has only the best of equipment and is totally rebuilt.
Asking $13,000 Canadian
Serious enquiries only please. No test pilots or tire kickers.

2009 Jetta TDI Loyal edition, 6-spd. 16V 2.0CR

1985 VW Golf 5-spd, 4-door, 1.6NA  Bought from orig. owner in Savannah with 42,000 miles.
"Making the jump NA to TD" slow but sure.

1980 VW Rabbit LS 5-spd, 4-door 1.6NA almost 450,000miles  RIP

Which engine?  What are "all the goodies"?

What's the history of the body (obviously a rust question)?
lifetime VW enthusiast, racer, fixer, addict, etc.
'03 TDI Variant, MkII Golf Country, Mk1 and II Scirocco (gassers), a Vanagon aircooled, an Audi 2.0 TD waiting to become a Porsche TD (in my M471 924), FLD120/DDEC IV, Ford 7.3/450, Iveco D220 and some 6D14T Mitsus and a few more.

Engine:

Bored out AAZ with crank fix - New pistons - all ARP studs throughout - new head ported with Comp Cams valvegear - Giles pump - Garrett T3 turbo - PP Downpipe with 2.5" exhaust and large Magnaflow muffler - Stainless flex turbo oil feedline - ACT clutch

Body:

From California, totally dissassembled and blasted. No rust, though it'll need paint in a few years. Anything that moved and wore was replaced (suspension, steering, brakes, etc.. It even has new rear brake drums. GTI interior and 5-gauge console. Shifter is Missing Linkz. All bulbs are LED.

I know but seeing as how the only wood wheel I have is in a 64 Falcon and not in good shape you should just sell me the insert outright so I dont have to use the leather corrado wheel.
