FS: UK mk2 golf 1.6TD, modded a little, 15psi of boost

time has came to sell my golf diesel..

its the rare model coz its a 1.6TD not GTD, so it has the garett T3 turbo...

I orignally bought this off oldskool rich. He has very kindly only recently done loads of work to it.

Good points:
HR shocks/spring (of my corrado)
Corrado seats
Corrado steering wheel
Wheel bearing replaced drivers side, comes with a spare hub that has a known good wheel bearing..
brakes all good and postive
replaced the gearbox due to the diff gone in the old one
comes with a roof rack
cone air filter
adjustable boost valve, to adjust the boost
6by9's in parcel shelf.. does improve sound over stock vw stuff.

All these things have just been added to it in the last week.

AAZ Headgasket
AAZ Camplate in pump (upgrade)
AAZ injectors
modded LDA
new cambelt
new tensioner
new clutch (210 upgrade over 200)
new clutch cable
new gearshifter bushes (gearshifter feels perfect)

The turbo is perfect, has no play what so ever. Currently its running 15psi, and is pretty quick for a 1.6td ^_^. GREAT fun to drive, seriously has some "kick" to it, and leaves a awesome cloud of black smoke

The car has Tax till september
Mot has around 8months left on it.

So on paper the car is sound. everything that needs replacing has been replaced. I guess the next thing it could do with some are new discs/pads, but nothing that needs replacing anytime soon.

The car has just clocked over to 140,000. Which is low for a diesel, don't matter anyway coz everything has been replaced...

The car has devloped a little oil leak, i believe its the oil pipe on the turbo that needs a little tighten, might fix this before its sold if i get time..

car has bits of rust, nothing serious though.

consdering everything that has been replaced i'm gonna ask £700 or offers, offer away :).

Looks like it's been in some kind of horrific accident... the steering wheel has been pushed all the way over to the other side.

I would LOVE to have it if for no other reason than it's a right hand drive.

I can only imagine the look on the commuters faces when I'm in the Car pool lane sitting on the wrong side of the car.

Hahahahahaha!!!!!
