• Guys what kinda problems will i run into with this?I know i have to swap delivery valves,for the shorter 1.6 type. anything else?

• the pump nose sticks out more, but i think if you use the 1.9 pump sprocket you should be ok.  AFAIK you need the 1.9 pump bracket too.

• what about using a main shaft from a 1.6?What doesnt line up with the bracket?I thought all the triangle mounts were the same cast.

• Did the 1.6td ever come with the timing accelerator?(solenoid on side like aaz0.Ive got this pump core and its got a 1.6td pin in the lda,and looks like its never been removed(yellow dot).The numbers are:0-460-404-200
