If any one looking to fab up an fittings for the turbos etc.. I thought I had psoted them before but couldn't find them on a search so I'm posting it again in case I need them in the future, or any one else does too......heres the sizes...
the tdi block drain fitting is 18mm 1.5 pitch,
the kkk 24 turbo feed is 12mm 1.5 pitch,
the oil filter housing and the side of the cyl head are 10mm 1.0 pitch
I'm going with 10 an drain and 4 an feed.
The kkk k24 drain is bolted on so I am cutting the drain tube and welding a steel 10 an male fitting on to the bolt on tube...worked last time and easy to do...

There are two threads for the fittings on each of the filter flange and the turbo. They are both the same.
This is M14-1.5
This is M12-1.5
This thread is M14-1.5
This is M12-1.5
Also what I have found is that the oil pan drain thread is M22-1.5. Also the "other" hole in the filter flange is M10-1.0 thread I believe. The only one I am somewhat not for sure on is the oil pan drain inlet that is stock. I didn't spend as much time with that because I can't use that. It is definately a straight non tapered thread though.
