Removed the flex tube from the air filter box to the turbo, clean inside, removed the small "L" spaced flex tube on top and very oily inside of tube and down inside turbo.
Turbo is KKK K03, do they make rebuild kits?

K03s are super small and usually crap out before any other of the stock turbos. It's a good bet that it is the problem.
Not sure about rebuild kits for that one
