1.9 TD with a rebuilt IP with 12 mm plunger, a K24 and a 3 inch
straight exhaust and water/meth injection.

Connected to a Volvo M47 5-speed tranny with a 4 puck sinter clutch and uprated audi pressure plate.

My boost pressure is in the 25-35 psi range

And itīs all mounted in this funny little project now:

All parts are not mounted at this point but it now has a 3 inch exhaust

All the piping is gonna be rebuilt, I used this setup when the engine was in my Caddy that i later on crashed.

is that your water injection right into the intake manifold???  i have mine on top and i notice almost a 'knocking' noise when injected at 10 psi..  my thoughts are that there isn't enough time for the water to vapourize before entering the cylinders...  but the power gain is definitely noticeable, but i can still get some black smoke out the back with the pedal to the floor.  i have it hooked up to a push button for now just for testing. later i think i will hook up the hobbs switch somewhere on the dash for easy accessibility   and tweaking

Sure is fun to drive. But I could use another rear diff as this one is 4.53:1 and the volvo tranny is 0.80:1 in 5:th gear. So itīs a quick starter but I can only do 65 mph before it revvs to much.

The ones with the short wheelbase has 3.53 instead. So if any of you guys know where to find one let me now  :D

The water vaporises fine. I have no black smoke at all when the water goes on. The waterpump pushes 150 psi.
