I am a turbo noob, but I have read alot about them on this and many other sites. The FAQ here is where I got these links which might help you.

The k14 from the AAZ says .3  I'm not sur if the 1.6 eco turbo is any different.

it's my understanding that only the cold side is different on the AAZ/eco k14s.

The k14 and k24 both have the same .3 turbine A/R however that is the only common spec between the two housings. The T3 has the .36 A/R.

While were on the topic the ko3 reads 3/1 which might mean 3.1 A/R and the T2 reads .35 AR.

Using the turbine A/R to figure out which turbo is bigger/smaller is not the best way of figuring out which 1.6/1.9 turbo is bigger than the other. As you can see all of the 1.6/1.9 turbos have roughly the same turbine A/R and the only huge differences between the turbine sections are the wheel sizes and wheel trim.
