• I'm needing a two or move grove V belt pulley for the engine.  I also need the blow off valve and clamp for a 1.6 intake.

• I have a BOV but reused the clamp.
  
  No freaking idea what it's worth though.

• I've got the pulley sorted out now.  I just had a machine shop modify the samurai's stock pulley to fit the VW crank.  What purpose is the BOV?  Can I just plug the hole instead?

• It is an over boost protecter in the event that the wastegate fails shut

• Ahh, well, Guess I'll be plugging the hole then.  The samurai will have a full host of gauges.
