fuel trouble
« on: June 17, 2008, 06:01:33 pm »
i have an aaz mk1 caddy, the fuel lines hav began to rust through, so ive changed them for mk3 golf tdi plastic hoses,

since ive changed them, fuel has been pissing out of the pump pully seal,
dont know why  , im running an extra fuel pump if that makes any difference, any ideas? also i dont need to take the pump apart to change the seal do i? ive got the old one off.

cud the plastic pipes be too thin to carry the volume of fuel?
