WTB: TDI injectors, Turbo line and other misc AHU stuff
« on: June 17, 2008, 02:44:00 pm »
I have an AHU that came with no injectors, injector retaining clips or the bolts.  So I'll need a full set of injectors and the mounting hardware if you have it.  I'd take stock or larger nozzles on the injectors depending on what's offered.

I also need the oil feed and oil drain plumbing for the Garret turbo that came with the same AHU motor.

Let me know what you have and what you'd like to get out of it plus shipping to Denver, CO 80211.
Thanks!

Joel

I got my retainers and bolts from a guy on e-bay. I can't remember his name, but it starts with a K, Kleiner maybe. You might ask him about injectors as well as he buys and parts out a lot of vehicles.

is the AHU the early TDI or the Late one? I have a brand new set of Injector Lines for the later TDI, make me a reasonable offer and they are yours, if you want pics the soonest I can get to them is next weekend since they are at my parents house.

Thanks Justin,

The AHU is the earlier version, this one from a 1997 Jetta.

And I'm actually looking for injectors, not the metal lines that supply the injectors.  If you do in fact have the injectors, please verify that because I believe later ALH injectors will work on an AHU.  So I'd want them.  But I need to make sure of compatability.  Thanks again, Joel

Yes the later injectors will work, they are 220 bar where I think the AHU were 180, but that's what I'm running with no problems.

Sorry I dont have injectors that I can part with. I am trying to remember what injectors I am running and I think that they are a 190/220 dual stage injector but I dont remember since its been a while since I rebuilt them and barked them with the new nozzles.
