Need a oil filter housing that bolts to the block so i can tap it for oil feed. Needs to fit a 81 1.6

tap it for oil return?  its supposed to be for high pressure.  what are your plans?

tap it for a oil feed for the turbo.   thats where vw td oil comes from, right?

was in a hurry and typed return instead of feed. trying to find most of the parts since i got my turbo today.

I have one that already has two spots for either your sensor in filter flange to mount and one additional switch or perhaps a supply line for oil feed.
Cleaned, sandblasted and ready to go.
