I have ported the ports and exhaust of the turbine just slightly to remove castings flaws. I cut and rotated the EGR port to allow use of a wastegate and to clear a gasser intake manifold. This will no longer work a tdi with EGR, also the center section is different. I have two actuators i have cut them open to flip the spring but have not reassembled them yet. The factory one was junk and burnt up. The center section and turbine shaft are from jimfoo's vnt17. They are brand new with no hrs. The center section is watercooled so the ports are different than a factory TDI. The mani/turbo is from an 2001 TDI Jetta auto. The vanes work great and i cleaned all the carbon off of them. If you have anymore questions just ask. Looking to get $250 or make me an offer. I'm just looking to get what i have paid for it. Not counting labor.
