here's my problem (hope you are familiar with the SMOG td upgrade )
when you do the SMOG upgrade you have to cut a wire and attach the wire to another wire that give always 12V somewhere in the fuel pump.
i thinks it's a selenoid of a relay inside the pump.
i was driving and my car stole cannot re-start it.
happened to me last week (my wire was toasted so i re-mapped the wire and it was fine... for 1 week) and today same things happened no fuel.. so i jump to wire directly to the battery to see if thiscould be the same problem... the car strated and died like 30 seconds later :evil: when i went to see under the hood a spay of fume was getting out of the fuel pomp (near the place you have to plug to 12V)
just under the wire connector.
what is thet section of the fuel pomp? . i think it's a fuel cut off selenoid but im very not sure.
is it easy to repair?
is it expensive?
