having speant waaaay too much time on this forum recently (sorry boss!) I have come to the conclusion that I am really sadly lacking in basic knowledge.

So, if I was to buy 3(ish) books for reference & learning, what would / do you guys have?

I'm thinking one on general diesel & diesel tuning principles, one on turbos & turboing diesels, and one on bosch fuel pumps.

cheers

X2!
'82 Rabbit, I put on a euro vnt-15, 2.25" DP, 2.5" exhaust, the result.....it whistled.

I removed the turbo, made a toilet bowl 2.5" DP, the result....it was deafening. Now it has a homemade muffler up front and a thrush in the rear, the result.....less loud.
