pissed WTB throttle plate and IP cable advance bracket

I sent an IP to PROTHE in March. I told him then it wouldn't be put on until May...It is on but I didn't think to look at it. I need a throttle plate and an IP advance cable holder. The peices that hold those 2 cables are gone. I have tried contacting him for a week now and no luck. I am not going to throw him under the bus just yet, he might be on vacation. If not... his parts are good but service is lousy. AT ANY RATE I need this stuff, someone please let me know what where when and how much ASAP.

Hope you get resolution to your problem...sounds like a pain! I think what you are talking about is simply the rear injection pump mount/holder (that has the hole for cold start cable...mounts with three bolts to the hydraulic head of the pump) and the throttle cable bracket as Andrew mentioned.

So your missing both the throttle cable mount and the cold start cable mount then?

I have both I think but I wont be able to send them until Monday if that would help at all.
What #'s have you called to reach him?

Aparently, I owe an apology to Pete, sorry. Prothe has sent one of the items and it came today :oops: . He just hasn't contacted me since last week and I needed the stuff hence my earlier post. I wish I would have known or got the mail sooner .  I thought my rabbit would hold out better than what it has  and now I need the Jetta badly. I still need an IP advance cable holder though.

umm...lets see...to point out that he is around and can be reached in case he is having problems...and he can read the thread.

I really think you guys that are trying to make more out of this than is really there should start a little girls club...Trying to make drama where there isn't...lol... hilarious...if you really want to read into that far, ok. Sounds like a bunch of little girls arguing about who did what...accusing...oye.
Really... come on...

theman53.... glad that you had a resolution there. nothing more...nothing less. Lack of communication sometimes kinda stinks and you never know where the lines get crossed.
