i bought a kit off ebay.  came with a 150 psi pump.  basically a sprayer pump that can be bought at princess auto.  sureflo i believe its called.

still haven't installed it, but the best way is to pull off the top piece of the 1.6TD manifold, and then drill & tap for the fitting.  which is already done on mine.  when i get it running i'll let you know how she goes.  i'm hoping for at least 10 hp gain or more depending on fueling

some people advise against injecting pre-turbo, but hillfolk'r has been doing it for a while and hasn't reported any damage thus far.  just remember that if you inject post turbo, to have more pressure than boost pressure.  not sure if a washer pump can put out enough?  maybe with a misting nozzle or something...

well i did it. i ran a secondary wahser pump with a misting nozzle from home depot but i am running from the stock washer tank. so thats not a big deal. i didnt have to run a second tank because of this. when i use the injecton i can tell a difference in the higher rpm's (using the washer fluid as fuel) and it pulls a lot harder in the upper rpms too
