1990 VW diesel Golf Harness

Hello!

I shorted out one of the cables running from my fuse box to various things in the engine.

It runs to the oil pressure switch, the coolant temp. sensors and other things.

i've been looking around town for this harness but no one seems to have it.

it looks like only 1 cable in there shorted, is there anything i can do to fix it? does anyone know where i could find the part and have it shipped?

does anyone have the part number? thanks!

Wiring harnesses seem impossible to find, i've looked for them everywhere but had no luck!

You'll be better off with repairing ur old one or just getting a used one!

Yea, hit the junkyard for a spare harness. I have better luck at places that are located way out in the rhubarb as opposed to in-town pick-n-pulls and the prices are MUCH more reasonable.
