Update:  Found one on the Vortex, paid for it the first week of May, and it still hasn't shown up.  So I guess I'm still looking for a head.  And deaneid from TN, I might add.

Hmm. I noticed that he never responds on his threads. I IMed him about 3 weeks ago on the TD motors he has. He reponded immediately. But I do notice alot of interest in his thread, but no repsonses. He might be on vaca.

As for the head, I'd say just find a good,  late mechanical head (ones with the suffix 'F' are good), and just put the sodium-filled valves in it. NA or Turbo are exactly the same in every respect except the valves (as far as I know/am concerned). I really think the claims that the heads are different is a load of crap.

Nope, not on vacation, just "busy."

I thought the pre-cups/chambers were different & they had a lower CR.  ??

I was told by an Aluminum Cylinder Head shop in Portland that any E or F casting is ok for a Turbo Diesel.

I have three, two are E castings and one is an F casting.

I'd just go with any good Mechanical Head, use Turbo diesel Exhaust Valves and run it.

Okay, so does anyone have a 1.6L solid head for sale?  11mm haedbolt  would be best, actually.
