Polo 1.9aef to 1.6td

i have a polo 1.9aef and would like to change it to a 1.6td would there be much work in this and i have a mk2 jetta 1.6td running on veg oil and its as sweet as a nut this is what makes me want to to the conversion.

shudnt be hard atall theres only about 5 wires on an IDI

as for engine mounts ect im not too sure, if the AEF apears in any golfs then id say it wud be quite easy as you can just swap ur mounts more or less, but i hav a feeling polos are different up to a certain year
