correct me if i'm wrog? but i balieve you labeled those wrong? and that does not show the start cable hole? one at top is a speedo cable and the other 2 are viseversa!

yes there are two holes to the right of the cold start cable. One is right next to it and pretty small, another one is further to the right and pretty big and has a hose coming from it. Here is a picture:
