stealership prices
« on: April 20, 2005, 11:59:30 am »
Where I work we are testing one of the nice new VW V10 twin turbo diesel TDI Toureg, very nice, very expensive not only to by but to maintain. we had to do a complete tranny refill (9 liters) $27 per liter for ATF, 12 quarts of oil per oil change $7 per quart, coolant (purple type) $20 a gallon, 2 fuel filters at $93 per filter, and other little expensive stuff, all together $700 at the dealership for fluids (one fluid change, minus the differentials and enough oil for 2 oil changes)

i expected a happy ending when i walked out of there for that much money

just thought that i would share my experience (luckily i wasnt the one paying)

later
