i have a 2000 x reg vw t4 van and the turbo has blown,can anyone tell me what turbo is on it its a 1.9td and what other turbo can i fit on to it,is it the same as golf and passat 1.9td,thanks

seen a r reg one the other day and that was a T2 if that is any help it was a 1.9 td, not a tdi . i did not have a intercooler ether

one of a golf ,pasat,seat 1.9 td 4 bolt t2 should do just eye ball and look at the numbers, i think some pasats have the t3(K24) but it is a good bit bigger to look at

hi..what engine-code?

if it is a "ABL" 1,9 TD nearly all 1,6 or 1,9 turbos will fit (eventually the manifold has to be changed)

in case it is a 2,5TDI the turbos from 1,9 or 1,6 won't fit..different flange
