Hello!

i am a french guy with some little trouble in its cool US passat TDI.
So to do short, i bought my car in november, timing belt done for 40 000kms.
i do about 4000kms and in january, the belt pulley of the intermediate shaft decided to go out of it because the bolt was not tightened at the right torque by a friend of the previous owner who change the water pump!  :x
i was very angry but it is not constructive so i decided to disasemble the engine!

Ok so now it is done, i have to remove the old seal-valve stem (good word i hope for my problem!) i have all my brand new parts (800€ bills   )
but my problem is i can't pull out those seals! i do special pliers but it doesn't work, i just succed in tearing the seal up on 3 of them, i stopped ther hopping you have some ideas to help me!
it is very important!

don't hesitate to describe me how you proceed, perhaps i forget something!
if you have some pictures i am intersted in too!

sorry for my english! particularly with technical terms...

once again, i really hope you will be able to help me!
