Methanol/water Injection Benefits for NA diesels?

I've read up on the benefits of using a water injection system for turbo engines, and it stands to reason that it would also benefit a naturally aspirated engine. I couldn't find any discussion at all on nozzle selection and system setups for NA engines, but did find a few threads on TD setups.

Is there a benefit to W/M injection system on NA? Is there more info to be had beyond these two threads
