Hi All, How are you guys mounting a T3 Turbo onto 1.6? Making an adapter or using a different exhaust manifold?? or???

My 1.6 came with a T3 so there are stock manifolds out there that will mount the VW T3 with trapezoidal flange. If you want to run the standard flange style T3 then you would have to make an adaptor or buy an aftermarket  turbo manifold for an 8V gas VW engine.

ps. this probably shouldnt be in the FAQ section.
