well i have posted about burning oil and finaly took the plunge 1200.00 later having my 1.9L TD AAZ motor rebuilt... also i am havung the injection pump rebiult.....anythoughts when rebuilting it.....stuff to make better>> should i have looked for anouther working 1.9 L or is it worth getting this rebuilt???

Depends on where you live. If in the States, you probably couldn't find another engine for half the price. UK and they might be more common and cheaper. Either way, you basically have a new engine now though.

I would either put pins in the crank pulley or get it welded and machined to accept a tdi pulley! weak point of these engines!!
