Stock garret turbo rebuild parts?

im not talking the generic kits, yeah i know how to rebuild the internals...

im looking at my turbo and that block off plate is.... totally shot on the turbine housing, and also, my wastegate looks like its in baaaad shape as well...

i'd like to take this thing apart and do a rebuild on it myself, is it possible to purchase a new turbine housing/wastegate/blockoff plate?

if its a waste/arm & a leg im thinking of ditching the stock turbine and manifold and getting a standard t3 manifold/turbine as i think i have a few t3 turbine housings around the house, and t3 manifolds are dirt cheap now-a-days...

but i'd like to put it back to stock + ceramic coating...

anyone?

am i like the only guy on earth that has ever had a t3 that needs a new wastegate or turbine housing?

guess im just gonna have to find a good used one
