Aw Crap. I did this a while back. I'll give it a try. I'm going from memory. I have a good memory, but tragically, its short and inaccurate.
I think the silver spring goes first, then the gold arm thing to the right of the green spring. The right most fender washer goes on top of that.
Look at the throttle shaft. It should have a line etched into the top. That corresponds to the line in the throttle arm. You have to line those up.
I think having the fuel screw backed way out helps in the next step.
This is the most putsy part, and you'll probably have to do it a dozen times befor you can get all the stuff lined up
With one hand, turn the gold arm thing 180 degrees to pre load it and hold it. I don't remenber which way. Next offer up the throttle arm with your other hand, and with your third hand, rotate the throttle shaft to line up the teeny line on the throttle shaft, and the teeny line on the throttle arm. Engage the splines, and I think it will sit like that.
Next is a semi putzy part. only two hands required.
Next goes the green spring, then the cup. Turn it till the spring is loaded, and the 'flats' line up on the throttle shaft, and the hole in the cup. This kind of sucks too, as the spring load is pritty high, and may try to pop the previous step appart.
The feel for the flats in the cup and shaft is kind of vauge. You have to force them to line up, and the spring preload reall fights back. but once you get it, you can press it down and hold it with one hand,
Then its the nut, or washer and nut. Put the fuel screw back in and your done.
I think all the other stuff in the picture doesn't go in this assembly.
If you have another pump to look at, it helps.
Anyone have a picture?
