4AN fitting

does anyone know the fitting size of a 4an line?I have a fitting that im having troouble identifying.It measures 9.7mm od of the thread.It would help if i knew it wasnt 3an.
Cummins 4bta- 85 dodge prospector short bed
28 mpg!!and i can pull down a house!
1.6td in toyota pickup
10mm head ,t3 intercooled.

9.7mm = .382in so probably 3/8 thread which would be a -3 line.
