I really think this new diesel is destroying my IP so I'll probably need to get that rebuilt soon too  :x

When you say "new diesel" are you meaning ULSD or the winter blend of fuel?

It was to my understanding that the ULSD was not good for our (older) cars?

Estimatd...you don't have the resources for regular old style diesel?  I know a few members on here have mentioned trying to avoid ULSD at all costs to avoid problems further on down the road.  I guess I'm just used to seeing alot of truck stops in my area where the older fuel is sold and its hard to believe you guys on the east coast dont have somewhere to get the older stuff.  Good luck in finding it.

Of course I know, or shall say "heard" of people running the untaxed fuel alot around here from their farms when they can but thats risky business and you didn't hear it from me.

ASF is the Transmission Code, tells you what gears and final drive are inside.
