What service manual covers 1.9 TD?

Hi, I have a 1.9 TD (AAZ), but since they were never imported to the U.S., I don't know where to get any practical service information on them.  Do any of you Canadians with 1.9 powered mid-90's Golfs/Jettas have an ISBN for a Bentley that covers this engine?  Thanks.
