OM617.95 injector upgrade

The injectors are from the Canadian-only Volkswagen 1.9L AAZ with #265 nozzles from a 1987 300SDL and set to 150bar.

The results are good. Idle is significantly smoother and more quiet, idle exhaust temperature is 50*f cooler, top end feels somewhat stronger and there is less smoke when I nail the accelerator. No 0-60 time yet, I couldn't find a safe place to do it.

Only down side at this point is its harder to warm start without the glowplugs. Hopefully this will be resolved when I advance the pump after this tank of fuel is used up (I want to see if the injectors alone will cause any MPG change). I also threw in a super dose of Diesel Kleen to clean any carbon off of the used nozzles.

One last look at my beautiful injectors. Be good to his engine.  :D

It was a good thing I got yours. One nozzle from houseofdiesel was odd man out with a weird short spring, different spring base and doubled up shims.

I have two extra injectors to help people that can only find a set of four.
