At this time, I do not have his address. I am working on pursuing and retrieving that at the moment as well as other ways to contact and connect with him. I tried calling again tonight... of course...no answer...though i can tell he is there as the rings that the voicemail pics up on have been different (screening calls).
If someone has his address...without me having to dig, please...provide it. I am building a case at the moment.

You can find out what town he lives in by his zip code, phone number, mailings etc. Read my post about how I went through the process. It was very effective. You may want to add that you are not the only one having problems with this person. Group contact?
Police do not like those people in there towns. They bring problems.

I will do that. Not tonight, i've already spent too much time trying to pull what I have together...trying to call and working with paypal.
If anyone here has shared a similar experience and would like to provide additional information and explain your circumstances that helps support my case, I'd appreciate it. I'm covering ALL of my bases and would gladly include you in my correspondence with PAYPAL, the authorities in his area, etc.

Everyone please refrain from posting illegal suggestions. That is not going to help solve anything.
Thank you.
All the best to you Joe and everyone else involved

agreed...I'm not sure what was written, but legal is the deal here. I don't want to be caught up in anything else...even poking fun. I just want my parts (and my shipping money back at this point) or my full refund. Nothing illegitimate.
Thank You for monitoring...I obviously missed it.

Certain words, phrases , or combinations of words cause flags to rise at agencies who may or may not be set up to moniter the internet. I advise the use of caution in order to prevent undue attraction. Be advised, it has been made public that certain moinitering of communications has been happening, on some forms of communication, where one of the parties is outside CONUS.
Just a friendly reminder that we are on the open airwaves

Mastercard successfully processed the charge back on this scum bag on The 8th.
Forget paypal call your cc company. Been down this road before. Even if paypal decides in your favor they will only give you what he has left in his paypal account.
this happened to me and i called my cc company and a week later fulll refund.

I'll do that... even with a CC they will do that? Doesn't seem right! My CC is through GE and part of paypal actually "Paypal buyer credit". I better get my money back. I haven't received a thing...and even if he does send them now that this is being taken to the next level...I'll pursue getting my shipping costs back. Its just been too much b.s. Maybe I will give my CC a call tomorrow.

Your cc purchases are protected from fraudulent transactions, where as paypal even if they favour your decision can only award you what scummy has left in his paypal account as "cash"
thats why he kept you thinking it was comming in 6-10 days. Thats the time he needed to transfer the paypal funds to a bank account.
Don't even go threw paypal there buyer protection plan is a joke!! go directly to the cc company you paid threw. I received a full refund even the shipping costs. It is always like that threw cc.
on another note is this loser banned yet?

Still nothing...no contact and the tracking number is still not registering/working in either system.
My paypal claim has been escalated to an actual investigation and I will be pursuing a chargeback against this fraudulent seller.
Also, I would like to build a case and already have been collecting data to do so for this guys local authorities. If you have any information that you would like to add, it'd be great to add to a case to present to them. I don't know the exact means yet, but we don't deserve to have to deal with this type of person...
If you have had any negative experiences...please let me know. I'd glady document it.
I'll also be venturing to the other forums this weekend when I have some time.

I have 0 idea how the legal sys. works in Canada. Perhaps the best way would be to find his hide out, talk to a detective in your home town, and have the detective talk to a detective on the Canadian side of the border where Sly. is hiding. Theft accross the international border. hmmmm. What is his total up to for theft? I think when you get up over 500 US in the states it bumps up to a felony.
