Dashboard and engine out. Upgrade suggestions
« on: December 30, 2007, 07:14:20 pm »
I will have the engine and dashboard out of my car in the future.  As I have done home remodles in the past I have learned that it is always easier to plan for upgrades and put in what is needed before I seal up the walls/floors etc...

That being said,  Does anyone have any suggestions about laying a basis for any upgrades while the dash is out?  Electrical etc...?

What will make life easier 2-3 years down the road?

I may plan on upgrading headlights in the future.
I will be doing the heater core while dash is out.
Same deal with Tach.  Plan on getting the additional guages as well. Boost EGT, Oil preassure etc...

"Making the jump NA to TD" slow but sure.
